Working principle of gynecological gel filling machine:

The gel filling machine can be divided into two parts in terms of shape and structure: the pipe management machine and the filling machine. The outer jacket is sorted into the pipe management rotary table, and the pipes to be filled are sent into the filling machine by the conveyor belt, and the pipes are sent into the main rotary table by the working mechanism. Photoelectric detection sensor is used to measure whether there is a gel tube to be filled, which is used to decide whether to fill (filling with tube, no filling without tube). The filling gun automatically moves into the tube, and gel is automatically injected into the tube. The cap is sorted by the automatic cap dropping mechanism and enters the automatic cap dropping station in order. The discharge station completes the output of the final filled finished product.

2. Manual and automatic switching function: when the gel filling machine is in the "automatic" state, the machine will press the set speed;

3. Automatically perform continuous filling. When the machine is in 'manual' mode, the operator steps on the pedal to achieve filling. If the pedal is continuously pressed and not released, it will also switch to automatic continuous filling mode;

4. Anti drip filling system: During filling, the cylinder moves up and down to drive the sealing head. When the cylinder moves upwards, the valve opens and the filling of the material begins. Otherwise, the filling stops. And reduce the phenomenon of dripping and drawing;
