High speed suppository filling machines are usually integrated into suppository filling and sealing units, linked with equipment such as tape making machines, freezers, and sealing machines to achieve fully automated production. The core filling process is completed through high-precision plunger pumps or servo motor systems, which can automatically adjust the filling volume and detect the filling liquid level to ensure filling accuracy. For example, the GZS-9A equipment adopts a cam mechanism combined with pneumatic, while the ZS-15A is equipped with a 15 head infusion mechanism, which can simultaneously complete the filling of multiple suppositories. During the filling process, the equipment adjusts parameters such as temperature and speed through a PLC control system, and has functions such as automatic removal of deflated bubbles and color correction.
