~YM-015 mini laboratory spray dryer (small spray dryer) has a compact overall design, which can be independently placed in the laboratory or on a specially designed stainless steel rack. Color LCD touch screen parameter display: inlet temperature/outlet temperature/peristaltic pump speed/air volume/needle frequency.
● Full automatic control: one button startup, after setting spray process parameters, the temperature reaches the preset temperature, the peristaltic pump starts, the touch screen displays the operation animation, and the operation process is clearly displayed; When shutting down, simply press the stop button and the machine will automatically shut down safely.
● Manual control: If it is necessary to adjust the process parameters during the experiment, it can be easily switched to manual mode, and the entire experiment process is dynamically displayed on the color touch screen (animation)
Equipped with a nozzle cleaner (through needle), it will automatically clear when the nozzle is blocked, and the frequency of the through needle can be automatically adjusted.
● Shutdown protection function: When shutting down, simply press the stop button, and the machine will immediately stop running except for the fan, ensuring that the equipment will not burn out the heating part due to misoperation (forcibly shutting down the fan).
● The spray, drying and collection system is made of transparent high-quality high borosilicate heat-resistant glass material, so that the drying process can be carried out in a pollution-free environment.
Equipped with an imported oil-free air compressor, the particle size of the powder sprayed follows a normal distribution, with excellent fluidity and very low noise, less than 60db.
● Two fluid spray atomization structure, the whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel materials, compact design, and no auxiliary equipment is required.
The design of dry temperature control adopts real-time PID constant temperature control technology, which enables accurate temperature control in the entire temperature range and heating temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃.
In order to maintain the purity of the sample, an air inlet filter is equipped.
The feeding amount can be adjusted by the feeding peristaltic pump, and the small sample volume can reach 50ml.
The dried finished dry powder has a relatively uniform particle size, with over 95% of the dry powder within the same particle size range.
