Product Description of Photochemical Reactor:

The YM-GHX-VZ series photochemical reactor was successfully developed with the technical support of several professors from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and East China University of Science and Technology. It is mainly used to study photochemical reactions under conditions such as gas or liquid media, fixed or flowing systems, ultraviolet or simulated visible light, and whether the reaction vessel is loaded with TiO2 photocatalyst. It has the functions of providing samples for analyzing reaction products and free radicals, determining reaction kinetic constants, and measuring quantum yields, and is widely used in research fields such as chemical synthesis, environmental protection, and life sciences.

Main features of photochemical reactor:

Microcomputer controller with continuously adjustable power.

The controller is equipped with an ammeter and a voltmeter for easy observation of changes in current and voltage.
The chassis is equipped with a temperature protection sensor, which activates power-off protection when the temperature inside the box is too high.

There is a microcomputer timer that can be timed step by step.

Internal illumination light source, fully illuminated.
Equipped with an eight position magnetic stirring device, the sample is thoroughly mixed and exposed to light.

Double layer quartz cold trap, capable of circulating cooling water to prevent damage to the light source due to high temperature.
There are two dedicated sockets on the left side of the box for the light source and mixing reactor plug inside the box.

Equipped with a movable trolley for easy movement or fixation.

YM-GHX-VZ type is suitable for processing small batch samples.

Technical parameters of photochemical reactor:

The power of the light source can be continuously adjusted.

Yuming seven inch color touch screen light source controller can be used for various light sources such as mercury lamps, xenon lamps, metal halide lamps, etc.
Temperature protection: If the temperature inside the box exceeds 50 ℃, power off protection will be activated.
Mercury lamp power adjustment range: 100~1000W can be continuously adjusted. Photochemical dedicated controller (500W/1000W optional)
Xenon lamp power adjustment range: 100~1000W can be continuously adjusted.

The power adjustment range of the metal halide lamp is 100~500W, which can be continuously adjusted.

Quartz test tube specifications: 30ml, 50ml, 100ml (or customized).

Can process 8 samples simultaneously (or customize).

The digital rotating eight position magnetic stirring device can synchronously adjust the stirring speed of 8 samples, while rotating the stirring reactor for uniform illumination. ）
