Falling film evaporation is the process of adding material liquid from the heating chamber of the falling film evaporator into the tube box, and evenly distributing it into each heat exchange tube through the liquid distribution and film formation device. Under the influence of gravity, vacuum induction, and airflow, it flows in a uniform film shape from top to bottom. During the flow process, the steam generated by the shell side heating medium vaporizes and enters the separation chamber of the evaporator together with the liquid phase. The steam and liquid are fully separated, and the steam enters the condenser for condensation (single effect operation) or enters the next effect evaporator as the heating medium, thus achieving multi effect operation. The liquid phase is discharged from the separation chamber. The Y-JN series falling film evaporators have capacities of 5, 10, 20, 30, 50, 100, 200, 300, 500L, etc. Mainly suitable for laboratory research and development, as well as small and medium-sized trial production lines in universities, research institutes, and enterprises and institutions. This equipment operates continuously under vacuum and low temperature conditions, with high evaporation capacity, energy saving and consumption reduction, low operating costs, and the ability to maximize the preservation of the original color, aroma, taste, and composition of the processed material.
