The low-temperature vacuum external circulation concentration unit is widely used for the concentration of traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine, starch sugar, food and other materials, as well as the recovery of industrial organic solvents (such as alcohol). Specially suitable for low-temperature vacuum external circulation concentration of heat sensitive materials with large batches and diverse varieties.
Working principle of low-temperature vacuum external circulation concentration unit:
The low-temperature vacuum external circulation concentration unit uses methods such as vacuum evaporation or mechanical separation to achieve material concentration. In the first effect heating chamber and evaporation chamber, the material is heated and vaporized, producing concentrated liquid and secondary steam. The steam enters the next stage heater to continue heating, and finally condenses into liquid in the condenser and cooler, completing the concentration process.
The structural composition of the low-temperature vacuum external circulation concentration unit mainly includes the following parts:
♦ Heating chamber: The heating chamber consists of a shell, heat exchange tubes, insulation layer, installation supports or legs, various process pipe openings, etc. The interior of the heating chamber is tubular, with double-layer insulation. The upper and lower parts are connected to the evaporation chamber through nozzle elbows, and the upper hole cover is used for cleaning the piping.
♦ Evaporation chamber: The evaporation chamber consists of an inner cylinder, a jacket (optional component), a head, insulation layer, a cladding, support feet (ears), manholes, sight glasses and connecting pipes, various instruments, various process pipe openings, etc.
♦ Condenser: The condenser consists of a shell, heat exchange tubes, a tube box, and various process pipe openings. It condenses the steam from the evaporation chamber and enters the cooler after condensation.
♦ Receiver: The receiver is a double-layer structure with upper and lower layers, which recovers the cooled waste solvent.
♦ Cooler: The cooler consists of a shell, heat exchange tubes, tube boxes, and various process pipe openings. The steam from the condenser is further condensed and discharged into the receiver after condensation.
♦ In addition, the low-temperature vacuum external circulation concentration unit is equipped with heating device, stirring device, jacket or coil, transmission device, shaft seal device, insulation medium, inlet (outlet), support, temperature sensor, CIP interface and other components. These components can assist in the normal operation of low-temperature vacuum external circulation concentration units, improving concentration efficiency and quality.
