Extraction and concentration production line

The Y-TN series extraction and concentration unit can independently complete processes such as vacuum low-temperature extraction, room temperature extraction, Soxhlet dynamic extraction, hot reflux extraction, micro pressure extraction, percolation extraction, static extraction, dynamic extraction, and atmospheric pressure extraction. It is specifically designed for pre experimental and exploratory extraction processes in enterprise, school, and laboratory settings.

15. Unit control system: Considering the importance of user experimental data, the entire unit adopts touch screen PLC control operation. The control system adopts the operating program specially designed by Yuyan Machinery for ultrasonic countercurrent extraction equipment, and cooperates with the various functions of the unit to select the corresponding operating program, usage process, parameter setting and other operating methods of the extraction and concentration process department, effectively solving problems such as difficult operation and incomplete experimental data recording.

16. The entire unit is made of stainless steel 304 material, which meets the standards of the pharmaceutical industry. Customers only need to provide the site, water and electricity to operate and use it, without the need for any additional equipment.
