1、 Preparation before startup:

1. Inspect the main equipment such as induced draft fan, compressor, and crushing system, and promptly eliminate any malfunctions

2. Check the silo and promptly remove any debris blocking the discharge port

3. Check if all discharge ports and air inlets are in the closed state

4. Confirm whether the raw materials meet the requirements, strictly prohibit the mixing of impurities and excessive moisture content in the raw materials, close the inlet air door and secondary air inlet of the fan to reduce the starting load of the fan, and check whether the gas supply pressure reaches the required pressure of 0.8~1.0a for crushing

2、 Startup program:

1. Turn on the frequency converter switch of the classifier, run the empty vehicle at low speed for 10 minutes, and then adjust the speed of the classifier through the frequency converter according to the process requirements.

2. Start the induced draft fan, wait for the fan to run and balance, then open the induced draft fan damper and secondary damper according to the process requirements, and adjust the intake air volume appropriately.

3. Turn on the crushing gas supply switch and check if the pressure meets the requirements.

4. Turn on the feeding motor, set the feeding speed according to the process requirements, and maintain stable feeding.

5. Open the upper discharge valve of the cyclone dust collection system to ensure smooth discharge.

6. Regularly check the silo to prevent blockage at the feed inlet.

7. After starting up, according to the product requirements, the wheel speed and secondary air intake should not be adjusted until the product is qualified.

8. After stable production, it is necessary to collect finished products and raw materials in a timely manner.

3、 Shutdown program:

1. Close the feeding conveyor motor and stop feeding

2. Turn off the gas source

3. Turn off the induced draft fan

4. Close the extension

5. After rinsing for 5 minutes, collect the finished product

6. Turn off the power switch
