Structural composition of fluidized bed airflow pulverizer

Fluidized bed airflow pulverizer uses airflow to collide and rub materials at high speed, achieving the purpose of pulverization. Its working principle is based on the shear action and high-speed friction between materials and gases. This device is easy to operate, compact in structure, and has high crushing efficiency. It is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food.
The fluidized bed airflow pulverizer is mainly composed of a hopper, accelerator, rotary disperser, airflow classifier, air duct, frame and other parts. The specific structure is as follows:
1. Hopper
The hopper is the feeding part of the fluidized bed airflow crusher, and different feeding methods can be selected according to the properties of different materials. Usually, a feeder is used for feeding.
2. Accelerator
Accelerator is a fan-shaped structural component located at the bottom of the equipment, which is used to obtain a large centrifugal and centripetal force for the feed material before entering the rotor area.
3. Rotating disperser
The rotary disperser is located above the accelerator, and its function is to throw the material towards the friction ring on the inside of the casing, so that it can be further ground and refined under the action of friction.
4. Airflow classifier
The airflow classifier is mainly composed of small, medium, and large particle separators, which are used to separate materials of different particle sizes and enter the collection tank separately.
5. Air duct
The air duct is the part that discharges air from the accelerator, rotary disperser, and airflow classifier, and has the functions of guiding air, reducing the temperature of the atomizing nozzle, and collecting air.
6. Rack
The rack is the main component of the fluidized bed airflow crusher, providing strong support for the entire equipment.
