1、 Preparation before operation
1. Equipment integrity check
Check whether the connections of the host, pipelines, valves and other components are tight, without looseness or air leakage;
Confirm that the sieve and blade are not damaged or cracked, and there are no residual materials or foreign objects in the crushing chamber;
Check the effectiveness of safety devices (such as interlock switches, emergency stop buttons).
2. Auxiliary equipment inspection
Confirm that auxiliary equipment such as air compressors, freeze dryers, fans, etc. are operating normally;
The lubrication system requires sufficient oil and the bearing temperature monitoring device is functioning properly.
3. Material preparation
Materials need to be pre treated (removing impurities, drying) to ensure compliance with equipment design requirements;
Before feeding, check whether the material contains metal or hard foreign objects.
4. Security protection
Operators should wear dust masks and goggles to ensure good ventilation in the work area;
Clean up the surrounding flammable and explosive materials, and check the grounding of the power cord.
2、 Start and Run
1. Start sequence
Turn on the power supply of the compressor, the main air valve, and the pressure valve of the dust collector in sequence, and connect the main power supply of the equipment;
Start the grading wheel and gradually adjust it to the preset speed (slowly accelerating from zero).
2. Feeding and parameter control
Start the feeding system and set the frequency of the frequency converter according to the properties of the material to ensure uniform and continuous feeding;
Adjust the particle size of the finished product by adjusting the speed and air volume of the grading wheel, and monitor the crushing pressure (such as maintaining 0.8 megapascals).
3. Operation monitoring
Observe the current, temperature, and vibration of the equipment, and immediately shut down for inspection if any abnormalities are found;
It is strictly prohibited to clean the crushing area by hand. Special tools must be used after shutting down the machine and cutting off the power.
3、 Shutdown and maintenance
1. Normal shutdown process
Stop feeding, turn off the main motor after the crushing chamber is emptied, run idle for 3 minutes, and then cut off the power supply;
Shut down the grading wheel, compressor, fan and other equipment in order, and release the residual pressure in the pipeline.
2. Cleaning and Inspection
Clean up residual materials in the crushing chamber, separator, and pipeline, and check the wear of blades and screens;
Regularly replace filter bags, maintain lubrication systems, and record equipment status.
4、 Safety precautions
1. Prohibited behavior
Prohibit operating with illness, blocking safety devices, or adjusting process parameters without authorization;
It is strictly prohibited to open the protective cover or come into contact with rotating parts during operation.
2. Emergency response
In case of sudden abnormal noise, smoke or overload, immediately press the emergency stop button and cut off the power for troubleshooting;
In emergency situations such as fire, priority should be given to cutting off the power supply, using firefighting equipment, and evacuating personnel.
3. Maintenance standards
Before maintenance, it is necessary to implement the "power-off locking and tagging" system, use safety ladders and protective equipment;
After maintenance, it is necessary to conduct a test run to confirm that there are no abnormalities before resuming production.
