The supersonic airflow pulverizer uses compressed gas to be fed into the pulverization chamber through a feeding injector, and the pulverization material is brought into the pulverization chamber. Under the high-speed airflow driven by multiple nozzles, it is sprayed onto the pulverization wall in a tangential manner to achieve frictional pulverization effect. The pulverization fineness is controlled by adjusting the longitudinal depth of the pulverization chamber, adjusting the pulverization pressure or feeding speed. Compared to fluidized bed airflow pulverizers, the controllability of pulverization fineness is poorer, but it has good pulverization effect on materials with viscosity.
The supersonic airflow crusher has the following characteristics:
1. Suitable for ultrafine crushing of dry powder materials, with a large impact particle size that can reach Mach 2.5 or above. Generally, materials can be easily crushed to 1-10 microns.
2. Compared to fluidized bed airflow pulverizers, it has a good pulverization effect on viscous materials, and the pulverization process does not produce the phenomenon of material blockage and inability to pulverize.
3. No temperature rise, the crushing process is carried out due to the compressed gas nozzle, which causes the temperature to drop, and there is no mechanical friction process, so the crushing process will not heat up, suitable for the crushing of heat sensitive and low melting point materials.
4. The equipment is simple, easy to clean, easy to operate and maintain, occupies a small area, and has the advantages of low noise and no vibration.
5. With low investment, unnecessary equipment such as dust collectors, fans, and control boxes can be eliminated according to customer needs.
