Abnormal power supply: Firstly, it is necessary to confirm whether the power supply of the electromagnetic flowmeter is normal. If the voltage output of each circuit on the power circuit board is normal, or try replacing the entire power circuit board.
Signal line fault: Check for broken wires, poor contact, damage, and other issues in the signal line. If necessary, replace the signal line.
Sensor damage: If the sensor is internally damaged, it will cause unstable signal output, and the sensor needs to be replaced at this time.
Transmitter circuit board malfunction: If the circuit board malfunctions, the measured value will not match the actual value, and the circuit board needs to be replaced.
The flow condition of the tested medium does not meet the installation requirements: Check the flow direction of the tested medium and whether the medium inside the tube is full. If the direction is not consistent, although it can be measured, the set display flow rate does not match the positive and negative directions, and must be corrected. If dismantling the sensor requires a large amount of work, you can also change the direction of the arrow on the sensor and reset the display instrument symbol. The main reason why the pipeline is not filled with medium is due to improper installation of sensors. Measures should be taken during installation to strictly follow the installation requirements and avoid causing the medium inside the pipeline to be insufficient.
External interference: Check if there are any large electrical appliances or welding machines working in the instrument operating environment, confirm that the instrument is grounded and the operating environment is good, and eliminate any interference.
Incorrect process operation: Check if the process operation is correct. If the measuring pipeline is filled with liquid but not, the measurement result will be inaccurate. At this time, it is necessary to confirm whether the filling degree meets the process requirements.
Matching issue between sensor and instrument interface: Confirm whether the sensor and instrument interface match. If they do not match, a suitable interface needs to be replaced.
