Characteristics and Application Analysis of NJ Series Paddle Feeder
Date: 2025-07-29Read: 1
As a core equipment in the field of powder engineering, the Suzhou Jintong NJ series blade feeder integrates precision control and industrial environmental protection concepts in its design. The main technical features and application value are as follows:
Core technical features
1. High precision quantitative conveying
Adopting a non pressure discharge port design, the material is uniformly diffused through a special stirring blade, and the conveying accuracy can reach ± 1% to 4%, effectively avoiding flow fluctuations caused by traditional gravity feeding.
2. Fully enclosed pollution prevention system
The working chamber adopts 304 stainless steel integral welding, combined with multiple sealing structures, to achieve no dust leakage and meet the requirements of GMP and FDA standards.
3. Modular intelligent maintenance
The straight tube silo eliminates bridging phenomenon and the residual amount is less than 0.5%.
The CIP online cleaning function supports direct flushing without disassembling the blade.
European transmission technology ensures stable operation at low power of 1.5kW.
Industry application scenarios
Production of pesticide formulations: linked with mixers and granulators to achieve a fully automatic packaging line for WDG wettable powders, with an adjustable processing capacity of 20-2000kg/h
• Food additive transportation: suitable for thermosensitive materials such as vitamins and lactose, maintaining material activity through temperature control modules
Chemical powder processing: corrosion-resistant design can transport highly corrosive materials such as sodium chloride and calcium carbonate
