5. Turn the switch below the liquid storage tank to the open position to allow the material to flow into the total metering pump. Adjust the screw on the crank according to the total filling volume of each container, turn the knob of the filling speed control plate to about 20 degrees, and then turn the switch on the filling speed control plate to the open position.

When the liquid flowing out of the filling head reaches the set amount, tighten the liquid volume adjustment nut, cover the filling head shell, and loosen the filling frame support plate.

After using the filling machine, attention should also be paid to its maintenance. When disassembling and washing the piston during maintenance, the fixing screws on it should be removed at the same time to avoid affecting the process requirements of the other when disassembling the first one. Before cleaning the piston filling machine, the remaining products inside should be cleaned thoroughly, and then the material bucket should be filled with soft cleaning solution.
