Firstly, the operators must be diligent and responsible in their work, strictly following the operating procedures of the wet granulation machine, and starting and stopping the machine must follow the procedures.

　　

① Maintain dry steam and enter the conditioner at a pressure of 0.3-0.4 kilograms;

　　

② Adjust the distance between the mold rollers. Generally, it is 0.2mm-0.5mm, and the pressure mold can rotate slightly with the pressure roller. Do not be too tight or too loose, as too tight will shorten the service life of the pressure mold, and too loose will cause the pressure roller to slip;

　　

③ The moisture requirement for raw materials is generally between 12% -15%, and the moisture content of the quenched and tempered raw materials is around 14% -14.5%, which must be uniformly fed;

　　

④ The current should be controlled according to the prescribed load, and overloading production for a long time is not allowed, which is the main reason for equipment damage;

　　

⑤ Pay attention to the fluctuation of current in the wet granulation machine during normal production, and stop the machine for inspection in a timely manner if any abnormalities are found;

　　

⑥ After the new equipment is put into production, the transmission box of the wet granulation machine should have its oil replaced after 500 hours of continuous operation. Depending on the production situation, the oil should generally be replaced every 3-6 months, such as 68 # oil or 100 # -120 # industrial gear oil;

　　

⑦ If the wet granulation machine encounters a blockage, it is necessary to loosen the pressure roller and wait for the inner wall of the pressure mold to be cleaned before restarting. It is strictly prohibited to start forcibly in a blocked state, and it is not allowed to use pipe pliers to turn the gear shaft. When the wet granulation machine is in normal working condition, the pressure roller needs to be lubricated with grease every 2 hours;

　　

⑧ Regularly check the wear of vulnerable parts of the wet granulation machine to avoid sudden equipment failures and ring mold cracking.
