After the equipment is started, the motor transmits power to the worm gear shaft of the reducer through the pulley, and then drives it through gears to keep the wheel shaft, filling components, and capping head running synchronously.
Oral liquid bottles are first transported in an orderly manner by the large bottle feeding wheel to the transition wheel, and then transferred to the synchronous belt. The insert on the synchronous belt will push the bottle forward at a constant speed. At this time, the filling needle is precisely inserted into the bottle mouth under the control of the tracking mechanism and moves synchronously with the bottle, completing the tracking filling. During the filling process, as the liquid level rises, the submerged needle synchronously rises, which can reduce liquid foaming and ensure stable filling volume.
The cover supply system uses the principle of electromagnetic spiral oscillation to organize the messy covers into an orderly queue, which is then sent to the cover transport track through a reversing track. When the bottle passes through the capping mechanism, the cap will be automatically and accurately placed on the bottle mouth. Finally, the bottle with a lid enters the capping head turntable, and three rolling knives work together with the cam and cone sleeve to compact and seal the lid tightly, completing the entire filling and capping process.
