The crushing chamber of the air-cooled crusher adopts a high-speed rotating cylindrical force with a fan wheel, and a fixed blade for impact, shear and grinding. During crushing, the material is not easily heated and a strong airflow is generated in the machine chamber, which flows out of the screen together with the heat in the crushing chamber and the finished product. The particle size is obtained by replacing the screen. This machine is widely used for crushing materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food.
The common faults and troubleshooting methods of air-cooled crushers include the following:
1. The control system does not trip during startup, but immediately trips upon opening: this situation is usually caused by a short circuit. It may be caused by broken skin or loose wiring of the door protection or forward/reverse travel switch circuit. The solution is to check the circuit, repair the damaged parts or tighten the wiring.
2. Occasionally stopping work during startup: This may be due to a short circuit caused by vibration after startup. The solution is to inspect and repair the damaged skin or tighten the wiring.
3. The current fluctuates during operation: this may be due to the inconsistency between the feeding direction and the running direction. The solution is to adjust the feeding direction to ensure consistency with the operating direction.
4. Accumulation of materials in the feeding port spraying or crushing chamber: This may be caused by unreasonable clearance between the hammer blades or inconsistency between the feeding direction and the operating direction. The solution is to adjust the clearance between the hammer blades to ensure that the feeding direction is consistent with the running direction.
5. Overall vibration problem: It may be caused by the motor and crusher rotor not being concentric, the bearing seat not being flat, the coupling not being concentric with the rotor connection, or uneven hammer mass. The solution is to adjust the position of the motor, pad the copper sheet or add adjustable wedge iron, replace the hammer plate, etc.
6. Overheating of bearings: It may be caused by uneven bearing seats, improper use of lubricating oil, or tight or loose fit between bearings and shafts. The solution is to adjust the height of the bearing seat, add lubricating oil regularly and quantitatively, repair the friction parts, and reinstall the bearings.
7. Blockage problem: It may be caused by too fast feeding speed or insufficient negative pressure in the crushing chamber. The solution is to control the feeding amount, adjust the feeder, or increase negative pressure.
