The maintenance of biological reagent purified water equipment requires a combination of daily operation, regular maintenance, and shutdown protection measures to ensure stable water quality and long-term operation of the equipment. The following are specific maintenance methods:
1、 Daily maintenance
1. Data recording and monitoring: Daily recording of equipment operating parameters (such as conductivity, pressure gauge values) and water quality testing results, timely detection and handling of abnormalities.
2. Operator training: Ensure that employees are familiar with equipment operation, daily maintenance, and emergency measures for sudden malfunctions.
3. Environmental cleanliness: Keep the area around the equipment free of debris to avoid affecting heat dissipation and operation.
2、 Regular maintenance
1. Filter cartridge and consumables replacement
Security filter (PP cotton): Replace every 15 days to 3 months, adjusted according to the turbidity of the raw water.
Pre treated filter media: quartz sand, activated carbon, softened resin. It is recommended to replace them once a year.
Reverse osmosis (RO) membrane: Replace every 2 years or so and regularly clean to prevent scaling.
2. System cleaning
Reverse osmosis membrane: Regularly use chemical cleaning agents to remove dirt and prevent biofilm contamination.
EDI system: During long-term shutdown, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and keep it moist to avoid resin drying.
3、 Shutdown protection
1. Short term shutdown (7-30 days): Run the equipment for 30-60 minutes every 3-5 days to prevent microbial growth.
2. Long term shutdown (exceeding 30 days)
Pre treatment system: Drain the filter material and soak the softened resin in saturated saline solution.
Reverse osmosis system: Inject 1% sodium bisulfite solution for protection, and regularly replace the protective solution.
Distribution system: Drain residual water from storage tanks and pipelines, and clean the filter element of the respirator.
4、 Precautions
1. During maintenance, it is necessary to refer to the equipment manufacturer's manual and prioritize the use of original consumables.
2. Pay attention to anti freezing (winter) and anti mold (summer) during the shutdown period.
By implementing the above measures, the lifespan of the equipment can be effectively extended and the purity of the water used for biological reagents can be ensured. If encountering complex faults, it is recommended to contact professional technical personnel for handling.
