Acceptance and commissioning measures plan for laboratory decoration project
Date: 2025-06-18Read: 7

1、 Overall requirements

This plan focuses on the functionality, safety, and reliability of the laboratory, and establishes standardized acceptance procedures for key aspects such as waterproofing, drainage, and circuit systems in the bathroom to ensure compliance with laboratory usage standards and industry standards (such as GB 50242 "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Water Supply, Drainage, and Heating Engineering" and GB 50303 "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Electrical Engineering").

2、 Sub item acceptance and debugging measures

(1) Toilet waterproofing test

1. Closed water test

technological process:
① Clean the ground and walls, seal the floor drain and pipe roots with cement mortar;
② Storage height ≥ 20mm, storage time ≥ 48 hours;
③ Check for leaks at the corresponding location downstairs and around the pipes every 12 hours, and record changes in water level.

Acceptance criteria: There is no significant drop in water level, and there are no signs of leakage downstairs.

2. Watering test (wall waterproofing)

Use a high-pressure water gun to continuously spray the wall (especially the shower area) for 15 minutes, and observe whether the inside of the wall is damp again.

(2) Drainage system test

1. Water test

Layered testing: Inject water into the washbasin, floor drain, and drainage outlet layer by layer, with a flow rate of ≥ 1.5L/s, and observe whether the drainage is smooth.

Inspection item: There is no leakage at the pipeline interface; The floor drain has no accumulated water (drainage time ≤ 3 minutes); The depth of the water seal in the water trap should be ≥ 50mm.

2. Ball passing test

Insert rubber balls with a diameter ≥ 2/3 of the pipe diameter into the main drainage pipeline, confirm that the balls pass smoothly and are discharged.

(3) Circuit system acceptance

1. Power on and leakage protection test

Use a leakage protection tester to test the distribution box and socket circuit:
① Check voltage stability after closing (220V ± 10%); ② Simulate a leakage scenario (short-circuit the neutral and ground wires) and confirm that the leakage protector trips within 0.1 seconds.

2. Switch and lamp debugging

Test control of switches, sockets, and lighting fixtures one by one: the switch action is sensitive and the control logic is correct (corresponding to single control/dual control); The lamp has no flicker and the brightness meets the design requirements; Socket phase detection (correct wiring of live, neutral, and ground wires).

(4) Laboratory specialized debugging

1. Ventilation system

Check the exhaust fan speed and air exchange rate (≥ 8 times/hour) to confirm that there are no residual odors.
2. Grounding system

Use a grounding resistance tester to ensure that the grounding resistance of laboratory equipment is ≤ 4 Ω.
3. Emergency lighting

Cut off the main power supply and test the automatic start and battery life of the emergency light (≥ 90 minutes).

3、 Record and rectification

Acceptance Record Form: Record test data item by item, with photos/videos attached for archiving.

Rectification loop: Within 24 hours after discovering problems, issue a rectification form, and sign and confirm it after passing the re inspection.

4、 Guarantee measures

Personnel configuration: Arrange certified electricians and waterproofing engineers to participate throughout the entire process.

Tool list: multimeter, infrared thermal imager, ball pass, water pressure tester, etc.

Emergency plan: Equipped with emergency drainage pumps and backup power sources to prevent accidental water leakage or power outages during testing.

This plan ensures that laboratory decoration projects meet safe, stable, and efficient usage standards through a step-by-step and data-driven testing process
