The multifunctional coating machine rotates the pot clockwise, causing the sugar coated tablets to roll, slide, rub, and grind inside the pot. The sugar coated powder is poured into the pot by hand, evenly distributed on all the tablets. The accompanying electric blower has an air outlet pipe that extends into the ball for heating. At the same time, the blower passes hot air to the inner layer of the pot to remove the surface moisture of the tablets, thereby obtaining stiff sugar coated tablets. This device is suitable for sugar coating, polishing, and rolling of tablets and pills in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, research institutes, and hospitals. It can also be used for trial production of drugs in scientific research institutions.
Below, I will briefly introduce the main features of a multifunctional coating machine, as follows:
1. Under the action of the streamlined guide plate agitator, the flipping of the sheet is smooth, the exchange is frequent, and the phenomenon of the sheet falling and colliding from a high place is eliminated, eliminating fragments and edge collision, and improving the yield of finished products. The narrow surface of the deflector avoids the adhesion of dressings on its surface, saves dressings, and improves the quality of drugs.
2. The control system composed of PLC and HMI is designed reasonably, programmed agilely, adaptable to various pharmaceutical process needs, reliable in operation, stable in performance, and meets GMP requirements.
3. The spray gun specially designed and manufactured for coating has uniform atomization and large spray surface. The universal adjustable nozzle is not affected by the amount of loading. The spray gun blocks the cleaning mechanism, which can make the coating continuous, shorten the coating time and save the coating dressing.
4. Constant pressure variable peristaltic pump, eliminating the reflux pipe. The turning radius of the roller changes with the pressure change at any time. The output slurry and the spray volume are automatically balanced, which stabilizes the atomization effect, simplifies the spray system, prevents the spray gun from blocking, saves dressing, and is simple to clean.
