Flower basket tablet pressLubrication and maintenance are key links to ensure its efficient and stable operation. Here are some specific lubrication and maintenance techniques:
1、 Lubrication techniques
1. Regular lubrication:
Before using the tablet press, it is necessary to ensure that all oil cups, oil holes, and friction surfaces have been lubricated. Before starting up, all oil should be added once, and during production, it can be added based on the temperature rise and operation of the bearings.
Especially on the friction surfaces of various moving parts, such as worm gear transmission systems, spindle bearings, etc., it is necessary to regularly apply or drip lubricating grease that meets the requirements, such as food grade lithium based grease or high-speed mechanical oil.
Lubricating grease should comply with ISO VG32 standard, and the working temperature range should be between -20 ℃ and 120 ℃.
2. Lubrication location and frequency:
Guide rail system: Apply food grade lithium based grease every 150 working hours.
Main shaft bearings: using drip lubrication, adding 5-8ml of high-speed mechanical oil for each maintenance.
Other key components, such as worm gear transmission systems, require regular disassembly and replacement of aging lubricating oil, as well as cleaning of metal debris.
2、 Maintenance Techniques
1. Daily cleaning:
After each use, it is necessary to remove dust and material residue from the surface of the machine body, especially metal components such as punch guide rails and turntables, to prevent corrosion. When cleaning, use a soft cloth to wipe and avoid scratching the smooth surface parts with hard objects.
Check the mold grooves weekly for any adhesive or scratches, and use a nylon brush to clean any blockages in the mold holes.
2. Mold maintenance:
After disassembling the die, it should be immersed in specialized anti rust oil for storage, and collision deformation should be avoided during storage.
Regularly check the wear of the punching die. If the blade thickness exceeds the original size by 0.3mm, it needs to be replaced in a timely manner.
When replacing the mold, the power should be turned off and the operation should be correct to avoid damaging the mold or machine.
3. Inspection of electrical and mechanical components:
Regularly check whether electrical components are damp, and run them with no load for at least 10 minutes every month to prevent moisture.
Check if all screws are loose, and tighten them immediately if there is any looseness to prevent malfunctions.
Check the condition of the roller shaft bearings, and manually rotate them without any jamming or abnormal noise. Verify the tension of the V-belt to ensure it is within the specified range.
4. Shutdown maintenance:
When the machine is not in use for a long time, it is necessary to remove the die, clean the friction and working surfaces of the machine, and apply rust proof oil.Flower basket tablet pressThe whole machine is covered with a dust cover to prevent dust pollution.
The punching die should be wiped clean and immersed in oil for preservation to prevent rust and corrosion.

3、 Precautions
During the tablet pressing process, it is necessary to regularly check the quality of the tablets (such as tablet weight, hardness, surface smoothness, etc.) and adjust them in a timely manner.
2. The tablet press is equipped with a reverse jog button, which can be used to slightly reverse the machine to relieve the fault when there is stacking or sticking of the machine. But only momentary movement is allowed during use, otherwise it may damage the components.
3. Operators should be familiar with the structure, performance, and usage of the tablet press, and strictly follow the operating procedures and safety regulations.
The lubrication and maintenance of the flower basket tablet press involve multiple aspects, including regular lubrication, daily cleaning, mold maintenance, electrical and mechanical component inspection, and shutdown maintenance. Only by comprehensively and meticulously carrying out these tasks can we ensure the long-term stable operation of the tablet press.
