When operating the swing pellet machine, the following precautions must be strictly followed to ensure safe and efficient production:
1、 Preparation before operation
1. Equipment status confirmation: Before starting up, check the integrity and tightness of the screen mesh, and ensure that there are no foreign objects left in the drum. If the screen mesh is damaged, it should be replaced immediately.
2. Installation stability: Ensure that the machine is placed smoothly and the rotating drum is balanced without deviation.
3. Environmental inspection: Confirm that the dust removal facilities are intact, the power grounding is normal, and avoid the risk of electrical leakage.
2、 Standardization during operation
1. Safety protection: It is strictly prohibited to insert hands or body parts into the feeding hopper or drum; When materials are blocked, only bamboo/cow bone shovels can be used for cleaning.
2. Material control:
The feeding amount should not exceed 2/3 of the volume to avoid overloading and damaging the sieve.
Block shaped materials need to be added in batches, and it is forbidden to fill them all at once.
3. Parameter adjustment:
Adjust the speed according to the humidity and viscosity of the material (shutdown operation is required).
Observe the friction sound of the screen mesh during production, and immediately stop the machine for inspection if there is any abnormality.
3、 Shutdown and Cleaning
1. Sequential operation: Stop feeding before ending production, and then turn off the power after the material in the drum is emptied.
2. Thoroughly clean: Clean the equipment residue every shift, and dismantle and clean the sieve and drum to prevent cross contamination.
4、 Key points of maintenance and upkeep
1. Lubrication management:
The gearbox oil should be replaced every 3 months, and the oil level should submerge the worm gear.
The motor bearings are lubricated with oil every year.
2. Regular inspection:
Check the wear of worm gears, screws, and bearings every month and repair them in a timely manner.
Tighten the belt pulley and sprocket connectors every quarter, and replace the aging sealing rings.
3. Long term disuse: Apply anti rust oil to the exposed metal surface and cover the entire machine with a dust cover.
5、 Industry application adaptation
This device is widely used in the fields of pharmaceuticals (tablet granulation), food (seasoning granulation), chemical industry (catalyst forming), etc., but it is prohibited to handle semi-solid, fluid or strongly abrasive materials.
Key reminder: Operators need to receive professional training, monitor abnormal sounds/vibrations throughout operation, and immediately cut off power and report any sudden faults.
