Interview with Teacher Zhu Zhengjiang

Recently, the latest academic achievements of Zhu Zhengjiang and Liu Nan, researchers from the Biology and Chemistry Cross Research Center of Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, were published in the Nature·The journal Nature Communications applied the non targeted metabolomics technology MetTracer based on stable isotope labeling to reveal the metabolic steady-state changes that occur during the aging process of fruit flies at the system level. MetTracer technology has been applied for national invention.

Recently, we were fortunate enough to visit the Mass Spectrometry and Metabolomics Laboratory of Researcher Zhu Zhengjiang and invited him to share the challenges and solutions faced by metabolomics. We explained in detail the characteristics of mass spectrometry technology in metabolomics research and clinical applications, and looked forward to the future development trends of metabolomics and mass spectrometry technology.
