1. Cleaning and hygiene
Surface cleaning: Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the equipment daily, remove dust and dirt, and keep the appearance of the equipment clean.
Internal cleaning: After each packaging task is completed, promptly clean the residual powder materials inside the equipment to avoid material accumulation that affects performance.
• Key component cleaning: Regularly clean areas prone to dust accumulation such as the photoelectric switch head, sealing roller, cutting blade, etc., to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.
2. Lubrication and maintenance
Conventional lubrication:
The support parts at both ends of the heating roller need to be filled with high-temperature lubricating oil every shift.
Check and replenish special lubricating grease for transmission components such as chain plate conveyor and vibration feeder every week.
Electrical maintenance:
Regularly clean the dust inside the control cabinet and maintain good ventilation.

4. Run inspection
