Precautions for using the fully automatic decoction piece packaging machine:

1. Check before startup

Confirm that the power supply voltage is stable (220V ± 10%).

Check if all lubrication points have been filled with food grade lubricating oil.

Observe whether there are residual powder or foreign objects on the conveyor belt.

2. Key points of parameter setting

Set the appropriate temperature based on the characteristics of the decoction pieces (lower the heat sealing temperature for those with high sugar content).

When adjusting the measurement accuracy, standard weights are required for three-point calibration.

It is recommended to enable the built-in dehumidification function for moisture absorbing medicinal herbs.

3. Precautions during operation

Check the sealing of the packaging every 30 minutes (it is recommended to use negative pressure testing method).

Immediately stop the machine and clean the photoelectric sensor if powder accumulation is found.

Three consecutive packages exceeding the measurement limit require recalibration of the sensor.

4. Specification for refueling operations

When switching between different medicinal herbs, a complete cleaning procedure must be executed.

After replacing the packaging material, it is necessary to retest the heat seal strength.

It is recommended to run the herbal medicine containing volatile oil empty for 5 minutes after material replacement.

5. Daily maintenance requirements

Wipe the contact surface with 75% alcohol after daily work.

Check the sharpness of the cutting blade every week (the standard is to be able to cut a single layer of copy paper).

Add high-temperature lubricating grease to the transmission chain every month.

6. Key points of safety protection

It is strictly prohibited to clean the residue of the heat sealing mechanism by hand (special tools must be used).

No items should be stacked within 1 meter around the emergency stop button.

Do not open the protective door while the device is running.
