Hydraulic shearing machine is mainly used for cutting materials after being packaged (compacted) by a strapping machine. By using a hydraulic cylinder equipped with a cutting blade to move vertically up and down, the material fed by the feeding conveyor belt can be directly cut, which has the characteristics of high output, large cutting force, and long cutting length.
The precautions for using a hydraulic shearing machine include the following aspects:
Equipment inspection: Before using the hydraulic shearing machine, it is necessary to check whether the oil circuit of the hydraulic station is unobstructed and whether the oil pressure is normal; Check if the upper and lower blade seats of the hydraulic shear have been adjusted to the appropriate position; Check if the electrical system of the hydraulic shear is working properly; Check if the cutting edge is excessively worn. In addition, it is necessary to ensure that all components of the hydraulic system are firmly connected, the hydraulic oil level is within the normal range, and there is no rupture or oil leakage in the oil pipes.
Lubrication and hydraulic oil management: The hydraulic shearing machine needs to be lubricated before operation to ensure proper lubrication and avoid problems during operation. The hydraulic oil used should be kept clean and free of impurities. Suitable hydraulic oil should be used in different seasons.
Material adaptation: Clearly define the cutting capacity range of the hydraulic shearing machine, select suitable materials for cutting, avoid cutting materials that exceed the rated thickness and hardness of the equipment, to prevent damage to the equipment and potential safety hazards.
Operating standards: Operators must undergo professional training and be familiar with the equipment's operating procedures and safety precautions. Operators need to understand the functions of each button and handle of the equipment, master the correct start and stop methods, and how to quickly take response measures in emergency situations.
Safe operation: When the equipment is used continuously, the temperature of the oil in the tank should not exceed 60 ℃ to prevent the machine from overheating. When foreign objects fall into the machine equipment, the machine should be stopped immediately for handling to avoid serious consequences. During the operation, some parts cannot be adjusted arbitrarily to ensure the cutting effect and quality.
• Maintenance: After the operation is completed, the surface and interior of the hydraulic shearing machine should be cleaned in a timely manner to remove dust, oil stains, debris, etc. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment, including blades, oil cylinders, oil pipes, joints, safety devices, etc., to ensure that all components are intact and undamaged.
