The maintenance method of the electric vacuum feeder should follow a systematic operation process to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment:
1、 Daily operation and maintenance
1. Check before startup
Confirm that the power supply voltage is stable, the grounding is reliable, the gas source pressure is maintained at 0.55-0.6MPa, and it is clean and dry.
Check if there is any air leakage in the sealing gaskets, pipe joints, and solenoid valves, and ensure that the fastening bolts are not loose.
Verify that the filter is unobstructed and the dust recovery bin is not deformed or damaged.
2. Monitoring during operation
Observe whether the vacuum degree is normal. If it drops abnormally, stop the machine immediately for maintenance.
Is there any abnormal noise from the monitoring device, and is the movement of the robotic arm smooth.
Avoid excessive filling of materials to prevent pipeline blockage.
2、 Regular maintenance measures
1. Filter maintenance
Every week, use compressed air to blow back the folding filter element to remove dust. Damaged filter elements should be replaced in a timely manner (water washing is prohibited).
Clean the sealing ring of the filter chamber to ensure no material residue.
2. Sealing system maintenance
Check the sealing ring and connecting flange of the pneumatic door every month, and replace any aging or worn parts immediately.
Test the sealing performance of the system and repair any leaks to maintain negative pressure efficiency.
3. Lubrication of key components
Regularly add aerosol oil or turbine oil (inside the oil-water separator) to the cylinder and swing components.
Replace the special lubricating oil and clean the impurities inside the vacuum pump according to the manufacturer's requirements.
3、 Deep cleaning and safety regulations
1. Cleaning process after shutdown
Cut off the power/gas source, dismantle the hopper, filter bin, and pipeline, and thoroughly remove any material residue.
Wipe the mirror polished shell with a lint free cloth to prevent scratches.
All components should be dried before assembly to avoid corrosion of metal parts.
2. Safety and environmental requirements
Before maintenance, the power must be turned off, and operators must wear dust masks and gloves.
Handle flange components gently during disassembly to prevent deformation from affecting sealing.
Waste and cleaning wastewater should be disposed of according to environmental standards.
