1、 Preparation before startup
1. Equipment inspection: Confirm that the dust collector casing is free of cracks, and that the pulse valve, filter bag, ash hopper, and other components are intact without dust accumulation or blockage.
2. Parameter setting: Adjust the injection pressure to 0.4-0.6MPa, with an injection interval of 30-60 seconds.
3. Environmental confirmation: Clean up the surrounding flammable materials and ensure good ventilation.
2、 Start and Run
1. Start sequence:
Start the dust collector first, run it steadily, and then start the crusher.
Open the pulse controller and observe the dust cleaning effect.
2. Operation monitoring:
Check the pressure difference (1.0-1.2kPa is normal), and ensure that the dust concentration at the discharge outlet meets the standard.
Monitor abnormal sounds and record data such as air volume and temperature.
3、 Shutdown operation
1. Before shutdown: Stop feeding the crusher and continue spraying for 10-15 minutes to remove dust from the filter bag.
2. Turn off the equipment: first stop the crusher, then stop the dust collector, clean the accumulated dust, and cut off the power.
4、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. Regularly replace filter bags, replenish lubricating oil, and drain accumulated water from the air bag.
2. Check the wear of components such as pulse valves and fans.
