Working principle of pure water equipment system
Date: 2023-01-12Read: 4
Pure water equipment systems are generally devices that purify water through various water treatment processes and water quality monitoring systems.
Common impurities in natural water bodies include soluble inorganic matter, organic matter, particles, microorganisms, soluble gases, etc. Normally, water purification processes can be divided into four steps: pre-treatment (primary purification), reverse osmosis (pure water production), ion exchange (ultrapure water production), and end treatment (producing ultrapure water according to special requirements).
preprocessing
Because the pre treated water will be further purified by reverse osmosis, it is necessary to remove the influence of membrane impurities as much as possible, including large particles, residual chlorine, and magnesium and calcium ions. To solve this problem, precision filter cartridges, activated carbon adsorption filter cartridges, and softening resins were designed to pretreat large particles, residual chlorine, magnesium ions, and calcium ions in water.
reverse osmosis
High pressure pumps are used to suppress high concentration solutions, forcing water molecules to enter low concentration areas through semi permeable membranes. Reverse osmosis can filter out 90% -99% of pollutants, including inorganic ions. Reverse osmosis is a very effective technology in water purification systems.
ion exchange
The purification of water is achieved by exchanging positive ions in water with hydrogen ion exchange resin, negative ions in water with European ion exchange resin. Almost all ionic substances can theoretically be removed through ion exchange. The water yield can reach 18.2 MW/cm at 25 ° C. The quality of ionized resin, moisture content, and resin exchange efficiency directly determine the quality of the effluent.
Terminal processing
According to the special requirements of our customers, we produce ultra-low concentration organic, sterile, and non heat source water. According to different treatment requirements, ultrafiltration can be used to remove heat sources, and dual wavelength ultraviolet oxidation can be used to remove total organic carbon (TOC) from water through bacterial microfiltration.
