To ensure the normal operation of laboratory sewage treatment equipment, safeguard laboratory safety, environmental protection, and sustainable development, it is necessary to operate the equipment correctly. Today, the editor will take you to understand the operating procedures of laboratory sewage treatment equipment.
1、 Pre startup inspection
Before each startup, the following checks should be performed:
1. Check if the power supply and all electrical equipment are functioning properly.
2. Check the position of all valves to ensure that the valve numbers and pipeline positions are correct before operation.
3. Check whether the devices, cleanliness, and status of the dosing device, filter screen, pump, flow meter, etc. are normal.
2、 Equipment operation process
1. First, open all the valves in the inlet pipeline and close the valves in the outlet pipeline.
2. At this point, start the device and wait for about 5 minutes until the device is fully turned on.
3. Afterwards, slowly open all the valves of the water outlet pipeline. Correspondingly, adjust the water inlet speed and flow rate, and adjust the dosage of medication based on factors such as water quality.
4. After the water outlet of the equipment reaches the ideal state, adjust the inlet and outlet pipe valves and water flow velocity to optimize the system pressure to the appropriate dimension
3、 Equipment shutdown process
1. The closing operation should only be carried out after the inlet and outlet pipeline valves have been fully debugged. Close the outlet pipeline valves and inlet pipeline valves in sequence, and ensure that the equipment's filters, pipelines, pumps, etc. are in the normal closed state.
2. After all devices are turned off, turn off the power and clean up the accumulated garbage, mud, and other debris to ensure that the equipment is clean and free of garbage residue.
