2. Regularly inspect the spiral elevator and conveying pipeline to avoid residual materials affecting the conveying effect.

2、 Lubrication and maintenance

1. Regularly add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the pneumatic vacuum feeder to reduce wear on vulnerable parts and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

2. Regularly check the lubricating oil level of the large crane and replenish it in a timely manner

3、 Tightening and maintenance

1. Regularly tighten the pneumatic vacuum feeder, mainly including the tightening of gear transmission components such as screws, couplings, and coupling caps.

2. Regularly check the connection of the conveying pipeline and gas circuit to ensure that they are securely fastened and there is no air leakage.

4、 Replace vulnerable parts

1. According to the usage of the equipment, regularly replace vulnerable parts to prevent their damage from affecting the normal operation and lifespan of the equipment.

2. Common vulnerable parts include anti slip tape, air path filter, solenoid valve, etc. It is recommended to have storage spare parts.
