1. Material conveying distance

All other conditions being equal, the longer the conveying distance of powder materials, the greater the difficulty of conveying.

2. Specific gravity of materials

Reasonable scheme design is necessary to fully utilize the conveying capacity of the vacuum feeder. Generally, the diameter of the conveying pipe for materials with light density should be increased, while the diameter of the conveying pipe for materials with heavy density should be appropriately reduced.

3. Liquidity of materials

Pneumatic conveying is carried out under a certain ratio of air and powder materials. Materials with poor liquidity and easy bridging and arching are relatively difficult to transport

The vacuum degree of pneumatic conveying determines the air volume at the inlet, which must be proportional to the density of the material and the volume of the equipment to determine the conveying efficiency of powder materials. The higher the density of the material conveyed by the vacuum feeder, the greater the head, and the corresponding vacuum degree of the configured vacuum pump should also be increased.
