1、 System Overview
The dissolution automatic sampling system is the core equipment for modern drug development and quality control, which achieves precise sampling, filtration, and collection in dissolution tests through automation technology. The typical configuration includes three modules: intelligent dissolution analyzer, automatic sampler, and sample collector, supporting 12 station parallel operation and improving experimental efficiency. Its design complies with international standards such as the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and USP, and is particularly suitable for the consistency evaluation requirements of solid preparations.
2、 Core technical features
1. High precision sampling
Using PEEK material sampling needles or precision injection pumps, combined with two-stage filtration (column filtration+0.45 μ m filter membrane) technology, effectively avoids sample adsorption and contamination. Some systems support automatic positioning of sampling points (such as liquid level midpoint), with an error controlled within ± 1%.
2. Full process automation
Sampling stage: Automatically complete liquid suction, filtration, and replenishment operations at preset time intervals, supporting multi-media switching to simulate human pH environment.
• Collection stage: Suitable for 240 test tubes or liquid phase small bottles, equipped with silicone caps to prevent evaporation contamination.
3. Intelligent Control and Data Management
The touch screen operating system supports storing 1000 experimental methods and has three-level permission management and audit tracking functions.
Real time monitoring of dissolution cup temperature (accuracy ± 0.1 ℃) and speed (range 5-250 RPM), triggering alarms in case of abnormal conditions.
3、 Application scenarios
• Innovative drug development: Evaluate the dissolution curves of sustained-release and enteric coated formulations, and optimize dosage form design.
Consistency evaluation of generic drugs: Verify the consistency of dissolution behavior with the original drug through multi station parallel experiments.
Quality control: Monitor inter batch differences to ensure drug stability.
