Daily Maintenance Guide for Stainless Steel Changing Cabinets
Date: 2025-07-01Read: 0
Stainless steel lockers are non-standard products with various types, such as stainless steel four door lockers, stainless steel three door lockers, stainless steel six door lockers, etc., and can be customized to the required size according to user needs. They are suitable for industries such as medicine, food, and chemical engineering.
The daily maintenance of stainless steel changing cabinets mainly includes the following aspects:
• Regular cleaning: Use a clean and soft cotton cloth dipped in water to wipe the stainless steel locker, and then dry it with a dry cloth to avoid rust caused by water residue. Regularly use professional stainless steel cleaner or a solution mixed with white vinegar and water for cleaning, at least once a week, to maintain a smooth surface
• Avoid using corrosive substances: Stainless steel lockers should be kept away from corrosive liquids and gases, and avoid contact with strong acids, alkalis, and other corrosive substances to prevent damage to the surface and internal structure
• Scratch prevention: Avoid using rough cleaning tools such as wire brushes or sandpaper. It is recommended to use soft cloths or sponges, as well as cleaning solutions specifically designed for stainless steel. When storing items, be careful not to place sharp objects to prevent surface scratches
• Keep dry: Stainless steel lockers should be kept dry and avoid humid environments. After cleaning, maintain good ventilation indoors to prevent moisture and oxidation
• Regular inspection and maintenance: Regularly inspect various parts of the locker, such as door leaf connections, door locks, door handles, etc., to ensure that they are not loose or corroded. When scratches are found on the surface, promptly use repair agents or clean cloths for treatment.
• Proper use and storage: Gently open and close the door to avoid impact and forceful pushing. When storing items, pay attention to classification and do not mix flammable, explosive, or corrosive materials.
