1. Determination of coating inside stainless steel barrels and tanks
Users can obtain various interior coating samples from the iron barrel factory for immersion testing to study changes in the coating, whether the pigments contained in the coating are soluble, discolored, or damaged. Users can confirm and select the appropriate type of interior coating. The surface of the barrel without an inner coating has a mineral oil protective layer. Please choose the packaging according to the product.
2. Raw materials for stainless steel barrels and cans
Iron drums are made primarily from cold-rolled sheet metal. Due to the difference in thickness between cold-rolled plates and manufacturers, the weight of the iron drum also requires an appropriate margin of error.. Iron drums have different requirements for the inner wall during the process, inevitably causing varying degrees of odor. Therefore, please pay attention when selecting a water bucket.
3. Confirmation of the inner lining ring of the sealed barrel tank.
After filling the product, users can suggest to the iron drum factory to conduct a soaking test on the inner lining ring to determine if it meets the product filling requirements, and to select the material type of the inner lining ring. The lining can be made of different materials according to the unique characteristics of the customized product.
4. Confirm the volume of stainless steel drums and cans
(1). If the user fills the liquid, it can be measured based on the density of the product, but there should be enough space for 10% expansion and detachment caused by product shrinkage to avoid deformation and detachment of the iron drum during transportation.
(2). If the user has a solid, it is recommended that the iron drum factory obtain iron drums of similar volume for trial installation, and then convert the required volume of iron drums into the required weight.
