After the packaging bag is instantly opened, the material falls into the buffer bin along the gap of the conveyor belt. The residual material is recycled again through the cylindrical screen, and the empty bag is automatically discharged. The dust throughout the process is purified by the filtration system and discharged in compliance with the standard. The device supports personalized customization and can adapt to different specifications of packaging bags and material characteristics, solving pain points such as low unpacking efficiency and high material loss in large-scale production.
