The dust-free feeding station is suitable for unpacking, feeding, screening, and unloading small bag materials in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and metallurgical industries. It is particularly suitable for manual feeding and pre screening of powder materials. During unpacking, the dust collection fan can prevent material dust from flying everywhere.

Below, the editor will briefly introduce the main features and daily usage precautions of dust-free feeding stations, as follows:

　　Main functions:

1) The fan base and the upper part of the feeding bin are connected by flange bolts for quick release. When replacing the filter element, the fan and fan base should be moved away. When replacing the screen or performing maintenance and repair, the fan and fan base should be moved away from the upper part of the feeding bin to reduce the weight of the upper part of the feeding bin, facilitate the opening of the gas spring, and ensure safety and reliability.

2) The vibrating screen is placed inside the silo, so that the dust generated during the operation of the vibrating screen is concentrated inside the silo and filtered by the fan suction filter.

3) Vibration motor: It is the power component of the entire feeding and screening system, used to provide the excitation force for the vibrating screen to vibrate.

4) The feeding bin door is equipped with a gas spring valve opener for easy opening by the operator. Sealing strips are embedded around the warehouse door to prevent dust from flying out. After the warehouse door is closed, the reverse airbag can be used for reverse blowing.

5) Centrifugal fan: It is the power component of the entire dust removal system, used to create a certain negative pressure, prevent dust leakage, and extract the dispersed dust during material screening, facilitating equipment operation.

6) In the exhaust state of the fan, a certain negative pressure is obtained in the working chamber, and the dust generated during feeding is sucked into the filter to avoid leakage outside the box. This effectively avoids direct contact between the operator and material dust, protecting the operator's physical health.

　　Cleaning of equipment:

When cleaning the silo, turn off the main power, remove the fan (including the machine base), filter, filter cover, and screen mesh, start cleaning from the top, and then clean from the silo door. After cleaning, the wastewater is collected and discharged from the bottom discharge outlet. Use a handheld water spray gun to clean corners that are difficult to spray. After cleaning, close the water spray gun control valve and use an air spray gun to blow dry the inner wall of the equipment.

When cleaning the filter component, the main air source control valve (right rear end) can be closed. Remove the filter as shown above and clean the dust contact part. After cleaning and drying, assemble in reverse order to restore the original state.

　　

　　Replacement of filter element:

Unscrew the nut of the fan base, remove the fan and base, and then sequentially remove the filter element assembly and filter element cover. The filter element and the protective cover are both limited by the stopper, which can be removed by pulling the flange plate. This allows the filter element to be replaced, and then assembled in reverse order to restore its original state.
