Daily Maintenance Guide for Intelligent Particle Detector
Date: 2025-09-12Read: 4
As a precision analytical instrument, the intelligent particle detector requires standardized maintenance for stable operation. To help users maximize device performance and extend service life, the following are maintenance points for core components, operating procedures, and environmental management.
1、 Core component maintenance: precise care for key components
1Maintenance of the detection optical path system
Weekly cleaning and inspection of the light path: After turning off the power, gently wipe the light path window and lens with a dust-free cloth dipped in specialized optical cleaner to avoid scratches; If the spectrum deviates or the signal weakens, calibrate the optical path position through software according to the instructions.
2Sample injection system cleaning
Immediately rinse the injection tubing with specialized cleaning solution after each test; Disassemble the injection needle weekly, clean it with a 40kHz ultrasonic cleaner for 5-10 minutes, air dry it, and then install it; Regularly check the sealing of the injection valve and replace the sealing ring in a timely manner when there is leakage.
3Circuit and cooling system inspection
Open the instrument side cover every month and clean the dust on the cooling fan and circuit board with compressed air of ≤ 0.3MPa; Check the power and data cable interfaces to ensure stable connection.
2、 Daily operation and maintenance: standardize processes to reduce losses
1Startup and shutdown specifications
Confirm that the power supply voltage is stable before starting up, and wait for the self-test to complete before operating; Close all programs before shutting down, and turn off the power after the instrument has cooled to room temperature to avoid component damage.
2Sample and reagent management
Use sample containers that meet the requirements (such as quartz colorimetric dishes) to avoid corrosive reagents coming into contact with the casing; The reagent should be stored in a cool and dry place, and the reagent parameters in the software should be updated synchronously when replacing it.
3Data and software maintenance
Backup data to dedicated equipment after daily testing; Update the operating system and detection software quarterly, and close all programs before the update; When encountering software errors, record the error code and contact technical support. Do not modify parameters on your own.
3、 Environment and Regular Maintenance: Creating Stable Operating Conditions
1Operating environment control
The instrument should be placed in a vibration free environment at 15-25 ℃ and humidity of 40% -60%, avoiding direct sunlight and proximity to heat sources; Regularly clean the workbench and prohibit the placement of flammable and explosive materials around it.
2Regular maintenance plan
Comprehensive maintenance every six months, including replacement of injection pipelines, calibration accuracy, and checking circuit insulation; Every year, contact the manufacturer's technical personnel for professional testing, replace worn parts, and ensure performance meets standards.
Through the above measures, the occurrence rate of equipment failures can be reduced, ensuring long-term stable operation and providing reliable support for detection work.
