The working principle of infrared tablet press:
This machine is designed based on the hydraulic principle that the force acting on two pistons is proportional to the cross-sectional area of these two pistons. When tightening the oil drain valve and repeatedly moving the handle to make the small plunger move back and forth, the sucked oil is pressed into the oil chamber of the large piston, thereby pushing the large piston up. When the large piston is blocked from rising, the pressure gauge displays the pressure value.
Instructions for using the infrared tablet press:
Place the mold or other accessories to be pressed on the main oil cylinder worktable of the tablet press, and manually tighten the large screw to tighten the mold. Close the oil drain valve (tighten clockwise) and shake the oil pressure handle until the desired pressure value is maintained for a few minutes. Then open the oil drain valve and remove the mold.
Precautions for infrared tablet press:
1. The stroke of the large piston cannot exceed 5mm.
2. Use a screw to tighten the compressed object during use.
3. Please lock the oil drain valve after draining the oil (the float indicates zero) to prevent oil leakage.
4. Pressurization is not allowed to exceed its maximum pressure.
