1、 Material requirements

Stainless steel type: 304 stainless steel (containing chromium ≥ 18%, nickel ≥ 8%) must be used, and its corrosion resistance, tensile strength (≥ 520MPa), and processing performance can meet the requirements of medical environments.

Plate thickness: The main structure of the cabinet has a thickness of ≥ 1.0mm, and the layer board needs to be reinforced with stainless steel U-shaped ribs to support the load.

2、 Process and Structure

Surface treatment: Matte polishing or antibacterial powder spraying is required to inhibit bacterial growth and facilitate disinfection.

Accessory standards:

Lock: 304 stainless steel tongue lock or electronic lock, supporting anti pry design.

Handle: Stainless steel U-shaped handle, equipped with core lock or buffer door hinge.

3、 Functional design

Hygiene protection: The cabinet should be reserved with ventilation holes, and disinfection electrical components can be configured inside.

Size specification: The common specification is 900 × 500 × 2000mm (width × depth × height), which needs to comply with the layout of medical space.

4、 Certification and Testing

Corrosion resistance: After passing the acetic acid salt spray test for ≥ 240 hours, the corrosion resistance level of the coating is ≥ 9.

Safety standards: comply with the General Technical Conditions for Metal Furniture and the requirements for nosocomial infection prevention and control.
