The vibrating screen pill machine is a supporting equipment for pill production. The vibration chamber of the machine is equipped with two layers of drawer type screens, which quickly screen the large, medium, and small particle sizes of the material pellets during operation. The machine has stable performance, low noise, simple operation, and easy use. It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals for screening various granular materials.
Precautions for using the vibrating screen pellet machine:
1、 Equipment inspection and preparation
1. Integrity check
Before starting up, it is necessary to confirm that the screen mesh is not damaged or blocked, the fasteners (such as springs and bolts) are not loose, and the screen body and supporting springs are not cracked.
Check the correctness of the wiring of the vibration motor, ensure that the oil level in the lubrication area meets the standard (lithium based grease is recommended), and ensure that the tension of the V-belt is moderate and there is no wear.
2. Environment and material adaptation
Ensure that the particle size of the material is uniform, with the maximum particle size not exceeding the sieve size, and the moisture content should be controlled within the allowable range of the equipment to prevent clogging of the sieve mesh.
The working environment humidity of the screening machine should not be too high. If necessary, a dust removal device should be installed to avoid dust accumulation affecting heat dissipation or causing electrical faults.
2、 Start up and operation control
1. Operating standards
Start the equipment with no load, observe whether the vibration is stable and there is no abnormal noise. After confirming that it is normal, slowly and evenly feed the material. It is strictly prohibited to start with load or feed excessively.
Adjust the angle of the eccentric block or frequency conversion parameters to control the amplitude within the required range of the process (usually 2-5mm), ensuring stable pill grading effect.
2. Operation monitoring
Continuously observe the distribution of materials on the screen surface, and immediately stop the machine to adjust the feeding speed or clean the screen if any deviation or accumulation is found, in order to avoid local overload causing deformation of the screen body.
Monitor the motor temperature (not exceeding 65 ℃) and bearing noise. If there is any abnormal temperature rise or metal friction sound, immediately cut off the power for troubleshooting.
