1、 Equipment installation and debugging
1. Acceptance and installation
After opening the box, it is necessary to verify the completeness of the technical data and check for any mechanical damage during transportation.
Install the feeding and discharging components according to the instructions, and adjust the component positions to the preset parameter range.
2. Lubrication and trial operation
All lubrication points need to be filled with new lubricating oil of the specified model to avoid abnormal wear of the equipment caused by friction.
Use the joystick to manually test the direction of the equipment's operation, confirm that there are no lagging or abnormal noises, and then turn on the power.
2、 Preparation before operation
1. Cleaning and disinfection
Use food grade disinfectants to clean the material tank, filling pipeline, and vacuum system to prevent cross contamination.
Regularly check the cleanliness of laminar flow hoods or isolators to ensure that the filling environment meets ISO Level 5 standards.
2. Parameter configuration
Adjust the stroke speed of the piston filling system based on the viscosity of hyaluronic acid (such as millions of cP level) to ensure a filling accuracy error of ≤± 0.0025ml.
If vacuum filling mode is used, high-precision vacuum sensors need to be used to monitor pipeline pressure and avoid residual bubbles.
3、 Operation and maintenance requirements
1. Real time monitoring
During the operation of the equipment, a dedicated person should be arranged to monitor it. If there is any abnormal noise or fluctuation in filling volume exceeding ± 0.5%, the machine should be stopped immediately for troubleshooting.
Regularly check the status of the vacuum system's bladder filter to prevent blockage and abnormal filling pressure.
2. Component adjustment and maintenance
When adjusting the equipment, special tools should be used to avoid damaging the servo motor or sealing components with excessive force.
Weekly deep cleaning of high-frequency contact parts such as rubber stopper vibration hopper and filling head to remove residual materials.
4、 Safety protection measures
1. Personnel protection
Operators must wear anti-static clothing, goggles, and gloves, and those with long hair must wear hair covers to prevent getting caught up in moving parts.
Prohibit wearing accessories such as watches, necklaces, etc. that may be mechanically suspended.
2. Environmental control
Gas burners need to be equipped with exhaust pipes to timely discharge combustion exhaust gas and heat, protecting product quality and personnel health.
Flammable and explosive materials are prohibited from being stacked around the equipment, and good ventilation should be maintained in the operating area.
