Three piece quick release ball valve with inner lining

Sanitary grade PTFE lined quick fit three piece ball valve is a key control component designed specifically for high cleanliness and highly corrosive fluid pipeline systems. Its structure consists of three parts: the left and right valve bodies, and the middle valve body, which are connected by bolts for quick disassembly and maintenance.

The core feature of this valve is that all surfaces in contact with the medium (such as spheres, valve seats) are fully coated or lined with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE, commonly known as "PTFE"). PTFE materials provide chemical inertness and can withstand the corrosion of most strong acids, strong bases, and organic solvents.
