2. Continuous production:
2.1 Before production use: Use the CIP system and rinse with purified water for 10 minutes. Ensure that the inner walls of the tank and the stirring blades are clean before use.
2.2 After production use: Use the CIP system and rinse with drinking water for 30-60 minutes. It is required that there should be no residual liquid on the inner wall of the preparation tank, stirring blades, etc. If necessary, use a high-pressure water gun to rinse. Rinse with purified water for 10 minutes.
3. Change the variety or clean beyond the expiration date: Use the CIP system to rinse the inner wall of the preparation tank, mixing blades, etc. with purified water. It is required that there should be no residual liquid on the inner wall of the preparation tank, mixing blades, etc. If necessary, use a high-pressure water gun to rinse. Add 2% NaOH solution (approximately 300 liters) to the preparation tank, start the stainless steel pump connected by a quick connect pipe and circulate the spray ball along the lower opening of the preparation tank for more than 30 minutes. Drain the NaOH solution, use the CIP system to rinse with drinking water until neutral, and then use the CIP system to rinse with purified water for 10 minutes.
4. Cleaning after equipment maintenance: Same as item 2.1.3 "Cleaning after changing varieties or exceeding the expiration date".
5. Cleaning effect evaluation: It is required that the inner wall of the can and the stirring blades be clean, and the pH value of the purified water used for flushing should be neutral.
