1、 Key points of installation process
Choosing a suitable installation site is crucial. The silo should be placed on a flat and sturdy foundation to avoid structural deformation caused by foundation settlement. The venue needs to reserve sufficient operating space for daily inspection and maintenance. For silos that need to be moved, it is necessary to ensure that the moving path is smooth and unobstructed, and the track or wheeled base must meet the load-bearing requirements.
The basic fixing method needs to be determined according to the type of silo and the usage environment. For materials that are prone to clumping, vibration devices can be installed to assist in unloading. When cleaning, it is necessary to remove the accumulated material in the dead corners to avoid mold or contamination.

Static protection measures need to be in place. The grounding system of the silo needs to be regularly inspected to ensure that the resistance value meets safety standards. The storage bin used in flammable and explosive environments should be equipped with explosion-proof devices and explosive release plates.
The operation process needs to be standardized. Control the feeding speed during loading to avoid excessive impact and damage to the structure. Maintain uniform discharge during unloading to prevent local overload. Regularly check the functional status of safety valves and pressure relief devices.
