1. When removing impurities, special attention should be paid to the precision filter element, which must not be deformed or damaged. Otherwise, if the filter element is installed again, the purity of the filtered medium will not meet the design requirements.

2. If the filter element is found to be deformed or damaged, it needs to be replaced immediately.

3. Some precision filters cannot be reused multiple times, such as bag filters, polypropylene filters, etc.

4. The core part of a precision microporous filter is the filter element, which is composed of special materials and is a consumable component that requires special protection.

5. After the precision microporous filter works for a period of time, the filter element blocks a certain amount of impurities. At this time, the pressure drop increases and the flow rate decreases. It is necessary to promptly remove the impurities inside the filter and clean the filter element.
