Stainless steel sanitary centrifugal pumpIt is a very simple piece of equipment. Its purpose is to convert energy into velocity or kinetic energy and pressure to be pumped into a fluid, which then enters an electric motor or engine. The pump, which undergoes changes in energy, consists of two main parts: the impeller and the volute. The rotational driving energy of the impeller is converted into a portion of kinetic energy. The snail shell converts the kinetic energy of the stationary part into pressure. This pump is widely used in industries such as food, beverages, dairy products, etc.
Stainless steel sanitary centrifugal pump is a major type of sanitary pump, which has the characteristics of fine manufacturing, high wear resistance, strong moisturizing ability, and is not easy to scale. Below, the editor will briefly introduce what precautions should be taken when it is shut down?
1. The shutdown of high-temperature sanitary centrifugal pumps should be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations.
2. The inlet valve of the sanitary centrifugal pump should be closed after shutdown, and the valves and switches of other auxiliary systems should be closed after the pump has cooled down and stopped running.
3. For sanitary centrifugal pumps that transport media that are prone to solidification, crystallization, precipitation, etc., blockage should be prevented after shutdown, and the pump and pipeline should be flushed with clean water or other media in a timely manner.
4. Drain the liquid accumulated in the sanitary centrifugal pump to prevent rust and frost cracking.
When the low-temperature sanitary centrifugal pump stops running and there are no special requirements, the pump body should be filled with liquid;
6. The inlet and outlet valves should be kept in a normally open state;
7. For pumps using double end mechanical seals, the liquid level controller and the sealing liquid in the pump body sealing chamber should maintain the grouting pressure of the pump at a certain level.
