Coating process refers to the operation of applying adhesive solution on the surface of textiles or fabric substrates. Hydrogel coater equipment adopts roller coating method, that is, coating on rollers.

The technological process of hydrogel coater is as follows:
1. Preparation of adhesive solution: Mix an appropriate amount of modified starch, polyurethane, acrylic acid/methyl methacrylate copolymer and other materials in a certain proportion to form an adhesive solution.
2. Adjust the viscosity of the adhesive: Adjust the viscosity of the adhesive through heating, pressure, dilution, and other methods.
3. Coating preparation: Set appropriate working parameters, adjust the speed of the rollers, align the coating rollers with the textile or fabric substrate, and turn on the glue pump.
4. Coating: Adjust the coating amount, track process parameters, and monitor the flow state of the adhesive to evenly coat the surface of the substrate.
5. Drying: use drying equipment to dry the coated substrate, so that the glue solution can be solidified into a hard gel to realize the coating process.
