Brief Introduction
The extraction and concentration unit is an integrated equipment that combines "material effective ingredient extraction" and "extraction solution concentration and purification". It is widely used in fields such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemical engineering, and biotechnology (such as traditional Chinese medicine/plant effective ingredient extraction and concentration, juice concentration, chemical raw material purification, etc.). Its core advantages are process integration, low energy consumption, minimal material loss, and compliance with industry requirements (such as GMP and food grade standards).

1、 Core Composition and Working Principle

1. Main components (standard configuration for industrial grade equipment)

component Functional Description
extraction tank The core extraction unit is divided into "multifunctional extraction tank" (which can achieve water extraction, alcohol extraction, and reflux extraction), "ultrasonic extraction tank", and "microwave extraction tank" according to the process. The material is mostly 304/316L stainless steel (corrosion-resistant and meets food/pharmaceutical grade requirements).
concentrator Common types for achieving extraction concentration include vacuum concentrator (low-temperature concentration to protect thermosensitive components), membrane concentrator (efficient and fast, suitable for large-scale production), and scraper concentrator (for processing high viscosity materials).
condenser Recycling solvents (such as ethanol) or cooling steam, with materials matching the extraction tank to ensure condensation efficiency.
separator Separate the condensed solvent from the aqueous phase to achieve solvent recovery and reuse (reducing costs and environmental protection).
vacuum system Provide a vacuum environment (usually -0.06~-0.09MPa) for the concentration process, reduce the boiling point of the material (such as concentration at 40-60 ℃), and avoid damage to thermosensitive components.
heating system Provide the required heat for extraction/concentration, common methods include steam heating (industrial mainstream, fast heating, accurate temperature control), electric heating (small equipment or scenarios without steam supply), and thermal oil heating (high temperature process requirements).
control system Split, semi-automatic, fully automatic (PLC+touch screen), capable of monitoring parameters such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, extraction time, concentration ratio, etc., in line with industrial automation management requirements.
