Machine maintenance and cleaning:
1. After working for a long time. All components that come into direct contact with the powder need to be cleaned regularly. If the product is changed or stopped for a long time, it also needs to be cleaned. The components are shown in the table, such as powder funnel, dosage plate, powder box, powder remover, upper and lower molds, and ejector pin, which can be cleaned with alcohol and cannot be cleaned with gasoline, ether, acetone, etc.
2. The dirty grease on the transmission components of the lower body of the machine should be regularly removed and replaced to ensure normal operation.
3. The vacuum system filter should be cleaned at regular intervals. When the vacuum degree is insufficient or the capsule cannot be separated, check whether there is a blockage between the vacuum pump and the water tank or water pipe. When the temperature rises above 50 ℃, change the water 2-3 times a day.
4. Machine lubrication
a、 Internal refueling method at the workstation: The oil pump is set on the lower body bottom plate and connected to the workstation through an oil pipe. The inner half is equipped with an oil nozzle, and oil is added once a week.
b、 Add oil to all bearings and friction parts on the machine once a day, and the "★" in this manual indicates the lubrication point.
c、 Each bearing should be cleaned regularly or according to its usage. If it is a sealed bearing, it should be lubricated with grease.
d、 Check the tension of the conveyor chain every week and lubricate or grease it.
e、 Check the oil level of the main reducer and feed reducer every week. If the oil level is low, add oil and replace the oil every 6 months.
f、 The two gap boxes should be installed, disassembled, and repaired under the guidance of technicians.
